This month, we would like to formally recognize Ethan Alexander for recent outstanding work on a large client project. Ethan was nominated for this Notable NAVigator honor for his leadership, problem-solving initiative, and patience during a key software improvement process.
As a company, we are always trying to expand our software's capabilities, and this project was no exception. This project was creating an automated request response and storage system for speed limit adjustment requests. Its intention was to make the request process both more efficient and effective by providing a clear chain of communication, as well as consistent responses and records of all requests, whether approved or denied.
During the project, Ethan showed significant initiative and responsibility for the project and its outcome. Despite its complexity, Ethan remained steadfast in his dedication. He showed no hesitation at additional work and truly took ownership of the project. Additionally, once trained, he went above and beyond making any and all fixes he could to minimize extra work for our solutions team.
All in all, Ethan utilized his expertise to turn out a quality product for our client. He very clearly embodied every one of our "10 Traits of All NAVigators" during this project, and this recognition is well-deserved. With his intelligence, leadership, and dedication to the client and his position, we can't wait to see all that he continues to accomplish. We're proud to call him a NAVigator!
